In April we saw the average sales price increase by 4.25% ($10,000) compared to this time last April 2018 at $225,000. Inventory has declined 5.86% to 1,961 compared to last year 2,076. 614 homes sold in the month of April, compared to 577 in April 2018 a 6% increase.
April is usually one of the best months to list your home here in Central Florida and with the median price increasing $10,000 to $235,000 it's a perfect time to capitalize on the higher prices. Inventory has decreased slightly by 5.86% but sales have remained strong at 614 homes sold in the month of April with a generous 6% increase.
