Welcome to April 2019 Disney real estate market update.

Prices and sales heat up as we approach the summer.

In April we saw the average sales price increase by 4.25% ($10,000) compared to this time last April 2018 at $225,000. Inventory has declined 5.86% to 1,961 compared to last year 2,076. 614 homes sold in the month of April, compared to 577 in April 2018 a 6% increase.

April is usually one of the best months to list your home here in Central Florida and with the median price increasing $10,000 to $235,000 it's a perfect time to capitalize on the higher prices. Inventory has decreased slightly by 5.86% but sales have remained strong at 614 homes sold in the month of April with a generous 6% increase.

If you're looking to sell your home in Florida this could be a great opportunity for you to take advantage of the decreasing inventory and rising prices. If you're an international seller in the U.K then be sure to keep an eye on the low exchange rate.  If you're looking to purchase a new home, take advantage of the low-interest rates and purchase before prices rise even higher. Contact us today for more information on the Disney, Davenport, and Kissimmee markets or click here to start your search.
